Italian Ambassador to Egypt Maurizio Massari revealed on Friday 24/01/2014 an initiative to attract Italian tourism to Aswan through coordination with Egypt's Tourism Minister Hisham Zaazou to send an Italian TV team to Egypt to photograph tourist attractions in the monument-rich historical city to market tourist attractions.
In a tourist tour of Aswan, the Italian ambassador he will attract Italian investors to establish a marble and small industries factory in Aswan.
Italy will remain a friend of Egypt, he stressed.
For his part, Aswan Governor Major General Moustafa Yousry said that the investment climate in the governorate is ready to attract and launch any fresh investment project.
